Interwood VG3200x2 Double Guillotine

The Interwood VG3200 double guillotine is hydraulically operated to give a smooth operation and powerful action through the toughest veneers via a torsion bar system which ensures the cutting action is distributed across the full width of the blade. 

The cutting length is sufficient for most applications and the rear fence is adjusted electrically on the control panel, as well as having a manual hand wheel for fine adjustment.

This VG3200x2 model is fitted with a double cut device, the blade moves forward to do a trim cut then returns to it datum position to carry on cutting to various size, this device enables the veneer to be perfectly parallel.

Veneers can be cut individually or in a multiple stack by this machine.

A cutting light is projected on the cut line which can be invaluable in minimising waste particularly when dealing with expensive veneers species. 

From a safety aspect the cutting cycle requires two handed operations to ensure that hands and fingers are well out of the way during the operating cycle and also has light barriers fitted

This machine is used in the panel and furniture industries and some plastic industries
